Beyond great prices, our dedicated team provides exceptional customer support, guiding you from initial design through to delivery and beyond. We never charge extra for multiple colors or UV Printed backboards, standard shipping is free, and every sign comes with a generous 3-year warranty.
We're delighted to offer a complimentary design service to all our customers. You'll receive one or more design proofs for your approval at no additional charge. Should you change your mind and wish to modify or cancel your order after payment but before your sign enters production, we'll gladly provide a partial or full refund. However, once a custom sign order has been approved and moved into production, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund.
With Moonlight Neon, you receive a premium quality product, and you'll find our prices are often significantly better than many other suppliers. If you're curious why, the simple explanation is that we maintain lower markups compared to many in the industry. Over time, we've refined our processes to create an efficient sales, design, production, shipping, and aftercare cycle. We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order. If you require your sign more quickly, we do provide a Rush Order option. Rush Order costs are determined by the delivery address and will be calculated by your designer and included in your quote upon request.
Warranty
Upon receiving the package, please first check if the outer packaging is intact. If the packaging is damaged, take a photo and contact us. If the packaging is fine but the neon sign doesn’t work properly once opened, you can also contact us. We will provide the best solution, including a replacement or refund.
We offer a 3-year warranty on all neon signs sold. Depending on the extent of the damage, we provide free repair or replacement services.
The warranty covers all product issues except for damage caused by human factors.
Before opening the package, record a video to document the missing item issue and contact us promptly for a replacement.
For custom neon signs, we will confirm the design with you via email before production begins.
