- Shipping Method: After production is completed, we will choose an appropriate courier based on the destination address, such as FedEx or DHL. Shipping time is approximately 4 to 5 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: You can generally expect to receive your order within 5 to 8 business days.

- Address Change: You may request a change of delivery address before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please contact us promptly, and we will coordinate with the courier to provide a solution.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please avoid using P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as these may cause delivery failures. We recommend using a complete and accurate physical address.

- Shipments That Cross National Borders: Shipments that cross national borders will be cleared through customs. You hereby authorize us to designate a customs broker ("Broker") to act as your direct representative for the purpose of obtaining clearance from national customs and other regulatory agencies in the destination country prior to delivery of the shipment to you. In order to complete clearance of your items through customs, the Broker may provide information to the governmental authorities in the country of destination and disburse import duties and taxes as assessed by customs officials and assess a surcharge for doing so. For all shipments, the Broker may contact the payer and require confirmation of reimbursement arrangements as a condition to completion of clearance and delivery, and at the discretion of the Broker, require payment of duties and taxes before release of the shipment to you.
- Undelivered or Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered or if your tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our customer service within 15 days from the order date for verification.
